I have over ten (10) years of experience as a Career Coach with a primary focus on partnering with compassionate and successful career professionals. People, who, through a change of life circumstance or who are forced to make a dramatic shift in their original career goals.
Before becoming a career coach in January 2012, I had a successful career as a Director of Government Affairs at a Fortune 500 company that was an industry leader. in that role, I not only learned how to successfully navigate corporate culture to achieve success and advancement, but I also learned how to refine and grow talent. In addition, because my former organization changed strategies and economic conditions dictated changes in the workforce, I became a leader within the organization of how to help Associates transition to new roles within the organization.
